Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) aims to promote the values of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and giving by seeking to fulfil the three aspirations of Dharma Master Cheng Yen (founder of Tzu Chi Foundation, Taiwan), namely, purifying hearts and minds, bringing about harmony in society, and mitigating disasters in the world. To achieve this, it has established the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore) , which carry out various missions and works that benefit the community.
