Wave Leadership College is an independent, private Christian college, nationally recognized for its exceptional skills-based learning approach, preparing students for life and marketplace/ministry leadership. All students earn their accredited college degree on our campus, in Virginia Beach, while gaining practical leadership experience in their designated track of study. At Wave Leadership College, we realize that a one-size-fits-all approach to learning isn't always the most effective.
