Spent a fun-filled day with my aunt, nieces, and nephew! 🍕❤️ We enjoyed delicious pizza and were mesmerized by the vibrant performances at the theatrical and cultural dance competition. 🎭💃 Grateful for moments like these with family and art!

The goal isn’t to feel happy every day but to be at peace with my emotions. I understand that not every day will be good, but I no longer want my bad days to bring me down.

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now.

Pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.

since I work in a place where I am surrounded by Japanese people, I can't help but be curious about what sayings they have that I can learn and use in my daily life...these are some meaningful phrases I've learned.

“Once you grow up, you realize you don’t want to be crazy in love.

You want to be calm in love,
stable in love, patient in love,
understood in love, safe in love.

Your partner should give you peace of mind and reassurance, not constant little heart attacks and high anxiety.”

In any relationship, whether personal or professional, the desire for acceptance can often lead to the temptation to pressure others into choosing you. However, this approach is fundamentally flawed. When you force someone to pick you, you undermine the authenticity of the relationship, creating a foundation built on obligation rather than genuine desire. True connections thrive in an environment where individuals feel free to make their own choices, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Instead of seeking validation through coercion, focus on cultivating your own value and strength. Engage with others authentically, allowing them to appreciate you for who you are. This not only enriches your relationships but also empowers others to choose you willingly. When people feel free to make their own choices, the bonds formed are deeper and more meaningful, leading to a stronger and more resilient connection. Ultimately, the best relationships are those where both parties choose each other freely, celebrating the choice rather than feeling trapped by it.

"In the blink of an eye another day is gone,
In the blink of an eye another week is gone.
In the blink of an eye another month is gone,
In the blink of an eye another year is gone.
And in the blink of an eye I'll be gone too,
And not just me but also you.
So maybe we should be wishin' and hopin',
That we could just keep our eyes open.
And see and appreciate all that we can see,
And learn how we can be, the best that we can be,
Before it's too late,
Time flies, so let's not wait.
Whether we have just one life or many, one thing is true,
We should try to enjoy every moment we can; it's the wisest thing to do."
