Martha Mendes (she, her, hers), founder of Viviendo Mejor con Martha (Living Better with Martha), a YouTube channel that offers free psychoeducation on trauma-informed education and recovery tools in Spanish.

She is the founder, owner, and multilingual therapist at Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, LLC. She currently sees clients for therapy * in Spanish and English in the state of Utah, USA. Additionally, she provides professional consulting, trainings, and presentations with a focus on trauma, and ethnic and cultural inclusiveness.

Martha is an active member of the UBHPAC Committee and the REEIC Committee, both of which are part of the Utah Department of Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
