Hope all is well.
I will be posting my latest video at 11am EST today. It is a very detailed look at how to build a professional chest freezer cold plunge. Keep an eye out for it. It is a project that may take some time, but it certainly has its benefits. I am still using mine I built over two years ago. This is my favorite option when it comes to cold plunging. I highly recommend you have a watch if you think this may be a good choice for you.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
Well, it has been just over 3 years since my last upload. I have a couple of new ones in the works. One is quite entertaining and will be posted within the next day or two. Keep an eye out.
I will follow up with another upload within the next few weeks. It caveats off the first. This one is more informative and along my typical lines of my previous How To videos.
