I started this channel to show the variety of differing trains that pass my way.
I have a love of all things mechanical, but mainly trains, this was brought about whilst at Junior School back in the 70's when at break times we watched the fireless steam engines shunt empty and full coal wagons into the local Power Station, which is where the fireless steam engines got their high-pressure steam from.
I tend to film the current freight trains that occur locally along with any passing Steam Train or Vintage Diesel Train.
I now used an iPhone 11 to shoot the videos in 1080HD 60fps, after a few early mistakes I now have an external microphone which has a wind muff on it (you can clearly tell when one is not used), I have also turned the microphone clipping settings off, also in order to improve the watchability I tend to use an old tripod along with a Pound Shop adaptor that holds the iPhone tightly and screws into the tripod.
