Some highlights include climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, wrestling an anaconda in Venezuela and scuba diving off the coast of Borneo. She loves long-distance hikes including Everest Base Camp (2013), Appalachian Trail (2014), Annapurna Circuit (2017), Pacific Crest Trail (2018), Israel National Trail (2019), Continental Divide Trail (2019), and numerous Camino de Santiago routes (2014 & onwards).
