The #ErgocareBank -project's website: ergocarebank.com is about #SHC #SPHM Economic Ergonomic Safe Patient Handling Movemen | Mobility #EESPHM in Nursing Home- & Home Care- work. The project is funded by the European Commission within the Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Program.
Aim: find methods & solutions to reduce musculoskeletal disorders risks & accidents when working with clients as well as supporting the client in maintaining their functional ability as long as possible. Preference was given to affordable, environment adapted assistive devices.
A consortium of partners from FI, GR, SV and EE worked together to define the problems of the nursing & care work methods used when assisting clients with their ADL. Proposed solutions are registered in the ErgocareBank (Ergonomic Databank for Social and Health Care).
For non-commercial educational purposes the videos may be freely used & disseminated.
