I'm Bo. I'm from Vancouver Island. My videos provide a form of catharsis and mindfulness to calm the nervous system from stress. Longer video soundtracks sooth my tinnitus.

Curiosity keeps me exploring, creating, moving and traveling. Exploring nature calms my anxiety and helps to stabilizes my equilibrium. I have been living with an impaired equilibrium for 20 years.
Please note I am an enthusiast and NOT a fungi expert! (If I have named a mushroom wrong, please correct me). I have taken a course in medicinal mushrooms through Pacific Rim College, to help me understand some mushrooms and their holistic benefits. DO NOT EAT WILD / RAW MUSHROOMS.
