Hi, my name is Jonny. In 2007 I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. I made a recovery from this episode but became unwell again at the end of 2014. Since then i have had various relapses which i've documented on this channel. I also vlog about living with ulcerative colitis.
Aside from vlogging, I've produced and presented documentaries on BBC and Channel 4 on the subject of mental health .
My 2014 social media campaign to #findMike, the man who talked me off a bridge when i was suicidal, went viral and led to the documentary and book 'The Stranger on the Bridge'.
My second book, The Book Of Hope, was published in 2022.
In 2018, i setup a mental health charity, Beyond, which provides mental health support to young people.
