In general, we would not like to share about this situation on this space, as we'd like to keep this space to be one that is neutral, general and is focused on spreading positivity. tl;dr: He messed up in his words and actions. However, he has since reflected and apologised for what he had done and the case has already been closed between parties and he will not be leaving KNR.
We would like to move on from the situation as well, and it'd be great if we could channel energy into supporting their activities. ^^

Hello!
Firstly, thank you all for your continuous support in this channel and we're really glad that it's helped to create more visibility and love towards the KNR members, Uruca and members of the Japanese streaming community.
We'd like to take this time to clarify some of the rules that the streamers have towards creating their clips, which may help to explain why we don't have videos of particular members here:
1. It is necessary to ask for permission before clipping materials from their streams. This applies to Shibuya Hal, Alelu, Admin, Kawase and Kinako. As we are in the process of asking Kawase for permission, we will not be subbing any clips from their streams.
2. For Virtual Gorilla's streams, they cannot be clipped unless he is not in the main focus of the clip. If it's from a collaboration and it's from another POV, it is okay to be clipped. You may find his rules here: twitter.com/Gorilla_Virtual/status/137476618336321β¦
3. For Shibuya Hal's clips, based on the guidelines here (onlinecreators.jp/rule_shibuyaharu/), videos may be clipped without permission if there is no monetisation. No clips on KNR Eng Subs are monetised.
4. Permission is required to sub Uruca's clips as of Uruca entering CR.
We hope that this helps to clear up any confusion that may exist when it comes to creating English subbed clips of the KNR members based on their stream contents.

All of Kinako and BobSappAim's clips have been made with their permission.
We are currently in the process of obtaining permission from Kawase to make their clips. We will refrain from making clips of them till we've obtained it.
