This time, we had the privilege of dining with the incredible John & Nicole v/d Hoek at their beautiful home 🏡 here in Aruba 🇦🇼.
Every so often, you meet people who serve as gates to God-ordained next levels in your life. My wife, Gita, and I firmly believe that John and Nicole are among them. They don’t just talk the talk—they walk the walk. They are raising their children in the ways of the Lord, and their lives are a powerful testimony of faith, vision, and obedience.
As inspiring pioneers in ministry and business, they have hosted remarkable crusades in Uganda 🇺🇬 and Venezuela 🇻🇪, where thousands gathered in the presence of Jesus. Countless lives were transformed as multitudes experienced miraculous healings, deliverance, and salvation.
This March, my family and I will have the honor of joining them in another crusade in Venezuela 🇻🇪. We are believing for even greater things as we witness the glory of Jesus move powerfully once again!

If the Kingdom is peace, love, joy & righteousness in the Holy Spirit, it’s an experiential journey we have in Christ.
Although we may have seasons of sadness and emotional trials & tribulations, seasons of turmoil and intense emotions, we always rely on the Truth of the Kingdom of God. It’s not a democracy or republic, rather a monarchy in which King Jesus reigns in our lives.
The Kingdom is inside of us.
Romans 14:17, which beautifully captures the essence of the Kingdom of God:
“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
This verse emphasizes that the Kingdom is not about external rituals or material concerns but about the transformative life in the Spirit. Let’s break it down:
1. Righteousness: Right standing with God and living in alignment with His will.
2. Peace: A deep, unshakable peace that comes from reconciliation with God and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit.
3. Joy: A supernatural joy that overflows, rooted in God’s goodness and presence.
4. In the Holy Spirit: The Kingdom is realized through the active work of the Holy Spirit in and through us.
It’s a call to live in the Spirit, reflecting Christ’s nature, and bringing His Kingdom into every sphere of life.
Yes, the Kingdom of God is within us, as Jesus Himself taught!
In Luke 17:20-21, Jesus said:
“The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”
This profound statement reveals that:
1. The Kingdom is spiritual: It is not a physical location or something to be externally observed but a reality in the hearts of those who belong to Christ.
2. It’s an internal transformation: The Kingdom is established in us through the work of the Holy Spirit, shaping us to reflect Christ.
3. We carry the Kingdom: As believers, we are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and through us, God’s righteousness, peace, joy, and love are manifested in the world.
When we live surrendered to Jesus, His Kingdom grows in and through us, touching everything we do and everywhere we go. We become ambassadors of His Kingdom (2 Corinthians 5:20), bringing His presence into the world!
Are you in a state of joy or sadness?
Just be authentic and share your feelings with God.
Give Jesus - The Truth - room to reign in your heart.
