Mission

Empower 1 million people to experience connection and joy

I have done many mini business courses and focussed in on my 'ideal' soul client. Typically a women, a mamma, who has experienced overwhelm, unconfidence, pain.

But my aha moment came on the plane home over the weekend. It feels too narrow to say that my focus of energy in this lifetime is solely for women. There are certain practises that are specifically for women only and I honour this. But many of my clients are men and always have been.

It felt good in my body to acknowledge this within my Mission statement. I work with both women and men. And to have a big mission is helpful to me, it kind of carries me!

Join me on my Mission. We cannot live without connection. Connection to ourselves, our communities and Mother Earth. To live in joy is our birthright and naturally comes about by living authentically in connection and balance.

Every practice and technique that I share and have created aims to create Connection and Joy.

Available 1 to 1, in groups, in person and online and retreats. Ibiza til this summer, then Lewes

1 million sounds a big number, but we create the ripple effect by healing ourselves and sharing (vibrating) the love ❤️ The more we share, collaborate and show up authentically, the more we create the ripple, the joy-full connection.
