صابر الرباعي مغني وملحن تونسي عربي. وهو معروف بأغنيته "سيدي منصور".
بدأ الغناء عندما كان في 17 من عمره معجباً بالمغنين من بينهم محمد عبد الوهاب ، وديع الصافي ، عبد الحليم حافظ . قام صابر بتأليف بعض أغانيه.
فاز صابر الرباعي بالعديد من الجوائز لمشاركته في المهرجانات الدولية ومنها:

He began singing when he was 17 years old and admired the singers, including Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Wadih El Safi, Abdel Halim Hafez. Saber composed some of his songs.
