19kgs lost and got Shredded!!Rohit, is very busy.More than you can imagine yourself being busy in life.
Regardless, he lost weight from 96kgs to 77kgs in 90 days, and then form 77 to 69 kgs in another 90 days and in total of 180 days, he changed the way he looked, under our guidance.

📍The characteristics were the same when he was fat:1. Want to lose weight2. Want abs3. Do not wish diet hard4. Need constant follow ups and motivation.5. Lazy Mindset6. Get Bored at the gym and eating bland food
7. Can’t stop hanging out and chilling or partying with collegues/friends.

What did we do?An in depth analysis of his mental wiring, and understood how his brain works, what are the triggers, the nostalgia, and how the navigation has to be done.

📝 Step By Step Hierarchy of how Rohit GOT SHREDDED:

1. Flexible Dieting: to keep the food items in his plan that gave him happiness.

2. Micro Changes: small, yet effective changes, that were in his comfort radius, which over time, built momentum and as a compound effect, got him the results.

3. TREAT MEALS: to prevent him from feeling deprived.
4. Short workouts: for him to start enjoying them, and productively train to failure.

5. Check-in Analysis: to give him new milestones and modifications every week, with a reward attached at the end on accomplishment.

6. Addressing the Lazy Mindset: to find the root, and fix it.

7. Active Socialising: to prevent just sitting and eating and talking about pointless things

8. Continuous Feedback Loop: to check where we’ve reached and where do we need to head towards.

To get Rohit shredded, we had to make him the person who stays shredded and smiles like a freaking KING!

More than his physical transformation, we are proud of him on becoming the shredded bearded guy, who knows how to live life, literally.

🎯To get results like Rohit, click the link in our bio, and enrol into the 90 Days Fat Loss Challenge.

EXPENSE OR AN INVESTMENT?
Last slide shows how he feels in TeamETF, and how he considers this, not as an expense but an investment.

Sushil lost 20kgs and 7 inches from the abdomen despite having a SUPER BUSY job that demanded for a lot of Travelling too🏖️🛫

Transformation lead by our Master Coach @shredwithatul

Starting Weight: 87kgs
Current Weight: 67kgs
Duration: 15 Weeks
Abdomen Before: 37 inches
Abdomen Now: 30 inches

📝Blueprint in Brief:
We started the Phase with : 2400 Cals

Kept it same for 3 weeks, after that we dropped the calories to 2000,

This was being followed for another 4 Weeks. The Food Choices usually used to be Ghar ka khana like Dal , Chawal , Roti, Chicken , Oats, Milk , Almonds etc.

After 4 weeks we dropped to 1600 for 2 Weeks.

Now energy levels were pretty much low at this point, So we decided to have refeed Week and had 2000 cals for 2 weeks where we gained weight of around 1 kg of weight keeping the inches same.( primarily water ).

Then we went to 1500 , this was followed for another 2 weeks.

Last 2 weeks were at 1300 cals.

And this marked the end of Transformation.

Protein was kept around 120-140kgs depending on caloric intake so as to leave scope for Carbs and fats.

*Workout :*

We Started With Push-Pull-Leg and followed it for 8 Weeks.

After that we Switched split to PPL-UL(5 days due to work).
And now Rep Ranges were 15+ primarily in all movements.
We followed this for 4 weeks.

Then we kept workout same but rep ranges were changed to 8-10 or 10-12.

For cardio : Initially we had 10 mins daily + 10000 steps

By the end we had 25 mins of cardio + 10000-15000 avg steps

He felt cheated/scammed due to the past experiences where the Coach never checked on him, rarely updated plans or was least concerned about his progress.

Sushil got to know about us from Instagram and started with his fitness journey with us with the aim of getting better with his physique.

He started his jouney with us at 87kg of weight and was a working professional who had a Job which required a lot of travelling.
He had his low days, but he always gave his best!

About the diet plan he was often concerned ke “Ghar ka Khana khake kaise hoga”, but when results started to show up , everything was just a part of the game then.

BUSY PROFESSIONAL GETS SHREDDED TO THE BONE 🦴

Super excited to share Sachin sir’s story with you all.

In just 9 weeks at TeamETF, he shed 5kgs and said goodbye to 6 inches from his abdomen. Witness his incredible journey of Chubby to SHREDDED and get inspired to reach your own fitness goals.
Sachin Sir, a testament to the power of commitment and hard work.
————
‼️DIFFERENCE STATS:
Starting Weight: 68kgs
Starting Abdomen: 36 inches
Current Weight: 63kgs
Current Abdomen: 31 inches
Starting Bicep Size: 14inches
Current Bicep Size: 13.8 inches
————
On to the replenishment phase now, where due to the super compensation principle, we are gonna maintain the abdomen size, while continuing to pack on serious amount of muscle mass.

It’s just science that we play with, over here.
Less fat, more nutrition partitioning ability the body gets.

I am just so excited for the package that’s gonna come up and blow all the brains out there, in next 16 Weeks.

Trusting in the expertise of a professional coach who understood his demanding lifestyle, Sachin sir, rocked the transformation journey.
Against all odds, this undefeatable spirit of him ripped all the layers of fat while preserving every ounce of his hard-earned muscle.

Sachin Sir, a living proof of generating magical results by keeping things simple.

💡What did we do?
Figured out what his real barriers were, fixed them every week, without fail, on his Check-in Day.

Mind you, our check-in analysis are super detailed.
Once the barriers had solutions, all mental loops were broken, and there was just the execution that waited to happen.

Sachin sir, executed everything flawlessly, hence got what he deserved.

I am a proud coach.

Online Client Testimonial!

Starting Weight: 83 kgs
Current Weight: 56 kgs
Diet Type: Pure Vegetarian

So happy to share Daksh’s transformation with you all today.
The fact that he’s a vegetarian, he loves food, but, loves working out as well.

There, he wins it all.
I always tell you guys, to enjoy eating whatever the hell you want to, just take care of your workout progression.
Now, some people might think about the health markers and deficiencies that a person can go through when, the diet gets flexible.

Let me enlighten you with the fact, that if you are achieving your desired MICRONUTRIENT’s daily requirement, you can fulfil your macros through flexibly eating whatever you want to(subjectivity still matters).

Its never “One Size Fits All”, so you might be somebody who doesn’t actually like Flexible Dieting, and I totally respect that mindset.

But, that is just a preference, and this too(Flexible Dieting), is a preference, and while designing a plan for my client, the PREFERENCE of my client is the utmost important thing, because that further decides the ADHERENCE, and hence SUSTAINABILTY of the whole program.

You want to get transformed?
Things are pretty simple, do whatever you like doing, with a mindful planning, and follow that structure for a certain period of time.

Then make tweaks, according to how you respond in terms of:
•Gut Health.
•Physiological Changes
•Blood Health Markers.
•Psychological Aspect and Effect of that Structure.
•Cognitive Strength.
•Relationship with Food.
•Sleep Quality.
•Social Life Balance.

Absolutely simple, but surely not comfortable.
Being absolutely comfortable is inevitable, and if you are 100% comfortable in your journey, it is a sign that your brain has adapted to that stress and in order to grow further in the process, you need to change things and make them a bit uncomfortable for you.

Stress—>Adaptation—>Increment in Stress= Growth!

The Internet World is Going Down and it is no less than a natural disaster!

But, don’t get tensed/stressed, as we still can be in touch, on YouTube, Snapchat, and Mails, where we can stay connected to each other.

Tomorrow, I am going to call all my clients and shift their data on emails and the transformation journey would still carry on!!

Time, keeps on changing, but we can always control it through new ideas, and as they say ,”The Fittest Survives”, we are going to survive, if we just stay calm, and create new ideas❤️

My 12 Weeks-Transformation!!

Finally, we’re lean again, and after transforming myself in these 3 months, I can safely say that:

“Burger Pizza khaakar Trans Fat Chipak Gaya Re Baba👴”, is a statement, and not a fact.
——
NO FOOD IS BAD, if you are eating everything in moderation, and getting your micros and macros for the day, while staying in a caloric deficit.

But yes, if you are using Steroids, you cannot afford to have PROCESSES FOOD, as it can further increase the inflammation, and can mess your health up.

So if you are a natural fitness enthusiast, and not a professional bodybuilder,

EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO, but, in moderation!

Adherence and Sustainability, should be the number 1 thing to be kept in mind, before any other parameter.

And for god sake, stop comparing a Burger, with a Banana😂🤣

Both of them, taste different, feel different, have different nutrient profile and are absolutely different from each other in all aspects.
