We formed “The Dead Mentors” in early 2023 with the intention of staying true to genre and adding some grit and attitude to our sound. Ollie's lyrics are real and emotive and are supported by rhythm harmonies that fit the style of music. Ben's soaring guitar lines and melodies have given legs to the tracks. Marks consistent drums lift the tracks, adding subtle embellishments that keep the essence of the vocal and guitar lines. Dan's bass lines add another dimension to the music which is the perfect glue for the songs.
