“People were made to be loved and things were made to be used. But now things are being loved and people are being used.” This is due to a serious lack of values. We are searching after happiness but fail to recognize its actual source, i.e. our personal relationships.
Our world is experiencing the awesome powers of science and technology but with power comes responsibility and this is where the importance of values plays its role. If this is ignored then all our so called progress could be seriously damaged if there were the next nuclear world war to be ignited.
A 360 degree holistic sense of values can be easily developed by spiritual education. We must accept the superior power and control of God(which even great scientists like Einstein and Newton have acknowledged) and the vital force (soul) which distinguish living matter from dead.
