Welcome! I'm Carla Allen. I am on a mission to help change the mindsets of women that their age is not their cage. I often say, “it’s never too late and you’re never too old! We can still achieve optimal health, start that exercise program, try out a new hobby, or create that business you’ve been dreaming about! I began my health coaching business and debuted my podcast in my 50’s, so I'm proof that you can do anything at any age!
My passion is talking and sharing inspirational stories of amazing, brave, bold, courageous women and men that have overcome challenges in their lives and are now thriving more than ever. My heart’s desire is for this podcast to be a space where listeners feel empowered with a new confidence, encouraged with a renewed hope, and forever changed to want to pursue the life God has called them to with all they’ve got. My motto: If you’re still here, you’re not done living! Remember… Your age is not your cage so it’s time to start living like it!
