GOODBYE to the rat race of trying to keep up with the world! I want to grow on my own terms, grow with GOD, learn to love myself again and to not live by anyone else's standards. This is a space now dedicated to ALL things SELF CARE! No, not just the cutesy self care, REAL AND LIFE CHANGING self care (mind, body and spirit). We will deprogram the old and program the NEW which includes learning to remove negative self talk and becoming magnetic, navigating life and being fearless at every age, and transforming on YOUR TERMS.
