I was inspired to make these rose cookies when I saw a pair of shoes with a similar design while I was out shopping. Cookie inspiration is everywhere!
I printed a template and used the tissue paper method to transfer the design onto the cookie before piping the roses.

I dusted these royal icing water lilies with edible color dust and the water droplets are made with Satin Ice edible glue. My little trick for the “pond” is a piece of dark blue card stock, edible candy rocks that I picked up on a trip to the beach, and a piece of plastic wrap 😄
