Decepticon Guardian of Cybertron, at your service! Well, not really, but Shockwave is still the most awesome (G1) Transformer (beating out even Starscream and Soundwave). I do in fact like Transformers, but Beast Wars is still the best animated series I have ever seen, second only to the eerily humorous Invader Zim.
