Trying to publish a new video as quickly as possible while improving quality.
Everyday trying to make the process better.
I believe that if we iteratively improve our processes, with feedback, much like neural networks. We can accomplish incredible things. These are my principles:
Curiosity-driven: If something is more interesting, it gets done faster and at a higher quality. And it will be more engaging and more memorable.
Primary sources: While I am excited about using AI for automating tasks. Increasingly I am trying to ground with retrieval augmented generation using primary sources and citations, make it more reliable with sampling and voting. And release these citations to make the research & ideas more open to feedback.
Accountability: Nobody is perfect. In the case of any factual errors, I will post corrections directly under the relevant video that explain what I got wrong. I will also maintain a running Google document where you can see all of the errors at any time.
