The Pain Habit developed from my work as a physiotherapist since working more with patients in chronic or persistent pain, using neuroscience and behaviour change principles.
My motivation is to share this information with a wider audience of both patients and therapists. There is a book describing these principles call The Pain Habit and the videos on this channel supplement that information with advice, recovery stories, tips, research, case studies and understanding all things pain.
The results of this approach are truly magical. Delivering information about persistent or chronic pain in an easily understandable way, and showing a route out of it, can help so many people.
