Good To Mention is a duo comprised of Marshall Mandell and Mark Will. From 1978 to 1983, Marshall and Mark toured the San Francisco and Los Angeles circuits under a litany of aliases, most notably “Shapes,” and landed gigs with Wall of Voodoo, Los Lobos, Red Hot Chili Peppers, KC and the Sunshine Band, Huey Lewis and the News, and Romeo Void. Now, Marshall, a real estate investor, and Mark, the owner of several dry cleaning establishments, are looking to add to their laundry list of musical achievements with the release of their debut album, “96.” Armed with a combined 60+ years of musical experience, their new alias, “Good to Mention,” aims to recount meaningful events lost in history through the duo’s shared artistic vision.
