I do this by trying everything, seeking discomfort at every corner, whether it be sneaking into the golden globes, hitchhiking a flight with yes theory, trying downhill longboarding, attempting parkour, sitting in an ice bath for 5 minutes, whatever it may-be I am game to try it!
