I am a Doctor (MD, FRACP, MBBS, Professor, gastroenterologist, allergist , pediatrician, author and professional speaker. I am known as the food allergy and gluten expert.
My missions:
1) to explain about gluten and the potential harm that it can cause everyone.
2) to change our language from "gluten free" to "gluten ZERO".

I want people to know about "The Gluten Syndrome" - when gluten upsets your nerves, your gut & your skin.
I want people who feel "sick, tired or grumpy" to get well again (you could be reacting to gluten).
I want people who are suffering from "food allergy" to get a diagnosis and fully recover.
As a group we can make a big difference.
