Also known as DC in the Parkour community, I've been involved with Parkour/Freerunning in many formats around the world since 2003.
Parkour South Africa founder (South Africa), Team Traceur founding member (United Kingdom), parkour coach and ambassador (Europe). Parkour has remained an integral part of my life, with specific focus on mental preparation and movement efficiency.
Through parkour, I transitioned into the film stunt world. Performing/Acting in TV commercials, stunt performer in Hollywood blockbusters and TV Series and onto coaching the next generation stunt students (New Zealand).
I'm now a Professional Firefighter in New Zealand and taken up arm wrestling in my spare time. :)
