This has been an amazing month for The Stark Team! We’re thrilled to share that we’ve successfully closed deals on some truly incredible properties across Las Vegas!
We sold our stunning penthouse listing with over 200K views on this channel, our charming SW single story where we took you along to The Durango Resort, a Veer Towers condo with incredible Bellagio Fountain Views, several new construction homes, and a studio condo in Signature MGM Grand. It’s always such a privilege to showcase our listings on this channel & help our clients find their perfect match in this vibrant city we call home. 🏡💎

As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on 2024. What a year it's been! It’s such an exciting time in Las Vegas & I am so happy that Las Vegas is FINALLY getting the recognition it deserves for being truly a wonderful city to live, work & play.

Hi from Las Vegas!
I just wanted to hop on to give you an update.
As you may have noticed, my video postings have been a little infrequent. We had an extremely busy may (we made the Top 25 (#22 & #23) Agents at Simply Vegas for the month of May out of 600+ agents) and closing those deals required some extra attention and energy.
Additionally, our son Hunter moved out for the first time into one of our rental properties! I forgot how exhausting moving is and add to that record Vegas heat... I posted on our Instagram stories how fortunate we feel being able to help him transition into the "real world". Owning this investment property has been a great vehicle for ROI and appreciation, and now will serve as a SAFE place for our son to live, all while teaching him financial responsibility. I LOVE real estate :)
We have been working on some projects behind the scenes and brainstorming about bringing some more Vegas lifestyle content to our channel. As Born & Raised Las Vegans, we enjoy SO MUCH of what Vegas offers living here - from hiking (not now in the 100+ temps), dining, concerts, playing slots, happy hours, etc.
