Hello Everyone hope you are all well.
In November 2025 Freightliner turns 60 years old
To celebrate they have repainted 70008 in a Celebratory Livery. It's definitely a controversial livery.
I myself am not too keen on it and much prefer Tangoed 70020, Although I may grow to like it more in the future.
In my opinion I still much prefer the 70s in their original powerhaul livery.
I have also heard a rumour that class 70s could start Felixstowe services again, although I don't know how true this is as Freightliner haven't said anything. I'll wait until I see proper evidence though.

So whats your thought on this Celebratory livery for Freightliners 60th birthday ??

DEPARTMENTAL TRAIN ALERT:
Hello guys, got something exciting happening on the Felixstowe line this Sunday 3/11/24
On Sunday we have a departmental Train coming down on 3S01.
It will be run by GBRf, as it's Coming from stowmarket Down Goods Loop it's Either a RHTT service or a Weedkiller train.
This head code is normally a RHTT service which we never Get on the Felixstowe line so this is quite exciting.
Its gonna Come from Stowmarket and make it's way down to Felixstowe station before reversing the journey back.
I'm quite excited for this and you can expect a video from me catching it going past Trimley station twice
Good chance it will probably be 66s unfortunately.
Was hoping it would be 69s

Hello Everyone, here's some disappointing news. I've Just been informed that the East Anglia Freighter Railtour by UK RAILTOURS has been postponed from the 26th of October
Its now been rescheduled for Saturday 18th January , so keep your diary open.
It's still gonna have Class 20 + 37 traction, remember it will be visiting The Felixstowe line as well as the Sizewell branch, you don't want to miss out on this railtour.
Whilst I am disappointed I won't see it in 2024 at least it hasn't been cancelled completely.
Stay tuned for more updates

Hello Everyone,
Some of you may or may not of noticed that my Flickr account has disappeared mysteriously.
Ive had a problem with my old Flickr account as it said my account no longer existed, I cannot think the reason for this except uploading 5 images to a group at one time. As a result I won't bother posting in groups with my new account.
I've not even received an email from Flickr themselves
As a result I've had to create a new account. I'm sorry to confuse everyone, I will be more careful this time to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Hopefully I don't have problems this time
Many thanks

Hello Guys I'm so excited for the rest of 2024.
I'm currently uploading my train Spotting video at Trimley station from yesterday, I'm sorry it's taking a long time I currently have a cold and which meant it took a long time to edit. Hopefully should be up later.
On a more positive note, it's just been announced that another railtour will travel on the Felixstowe line for 2024. This was unexpected.
UK Railtours are running a Railtour down to the sizewell line as well as down to Felixstowe Creek Sidings.
Hopefully using a pair of class 20s which is very rare, almost never seen before on the Felixstowe line, especially near Trimley end.
This will a date for your diary you won't want to miss.
Saturday 26th October 2024.
Timings haven't yet been given but hopefully will be during the day.
Apparently we also might get a Celebrity class 37 as well. Wonder what 37 it will be.
Now I'm so excited for October, the Railtour is almost exactly two months away.
Stay tuned for more info 👍

Hi guys, look what I finally got. Finally got a tripod for hopefully much stable videos. Should hopefully improve your experience and will give my arms and hands a rest instead of holding the camera.
Will be train spotting at Trimley station again today to test out the tripod, so stay tuned.
Hopefully will no longer get any wobbly footage.

VERY RARE: A engineering train operated by GBRf is meant to depart Trimley station tonight at 23:00. Unfortunately I'm not gonna be able to make it too see it depart. Not sure exactly what type of engineering train it is but definitely interesting to speculate.
This is obviously in response to the Derailment almost 2 weeks ago.
It's head code is 6T99. Just telling you guys incase you want to catch it for yourselves. Would love to know what type of engineering train it is 😃
Apparently it arrived at the docks on the 28th of June. Can't believe i didn't notice it on RTT
Anyway, stay Tuned

It took me a year to get 100 subs. It's taken less than 4 months to double my subscribers. Thank you to everyone 👍🎉

Trimley is a station in Britain on the Ipswich to Felixstowe line in Suffolk. This channel will mostly focus on Trimley station because it is a perfect place to see all of the freight trains going to Felixstowe port ( the largest container port in Britain ). This channel will also focus on the passenger service going from Ipswich to Felixstowe. Other trains from surrounding areas will also be focused on this channel
