In 2019 I woke up to the realisation that I had spent 20 years in a toxic relationship with a Narcissist. Admitting I was in an abusive relationship was extremely difficult. Getting out of that relationship was even harder.
Now I'm clear and recovering, I try to use what time I can to help others who are experiencing the same.
I make videos to educate on Narcisisstic Personality Disorder (NPD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), but mostly focus on what you need to do to defend yourself. I am not a qualified professional in any capacity, just someone with decades of experience on the receiving end of Narcissistic Abuse. The advice I give is offered as my opinion only.
Toxic Relationships require two damaged people. Only one of those is likely to change.
