Hi, my name is Apple and I would love to show you some of the secrets of Thai cooking. This is my YouTube Channel to accompany my Thai cooking class in Khao Lak in Thailand, Riverside Thai Cooking.
I learnt to cook food the traditional way, helping my Mama in the kitchen from an early age. I have also run a popular Thai restaurant and more recently I cook daily for my guests at my popular guest house.
I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing my experience of cooking Thai food. Even if you are a beginner in the kitchen, please don’t worry, Thai cooking is easier than you think. With me you will be able to prepare and cook your favourite Thai dishes.
