About
My channel will feature lots of Patchwork and Quilting technique videos. By way of introduction, my name is Rachel Warren. I have sewn for as long as I can remember, in fact I had my first sewing machine (a hand turn, with the long bobbin, Singer No 28) while I was still in infant school. I just wanted to be like my mum and make things.
I established "Sew Happy" in 1994, and based in Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield I now specialise in teaching Patchwork & Quilting – and making it fun and social at the same time! I wanted to bring this to a wider audience, and hopefully my videos will help people get to grips with some of the basics!
