Yoga Class is guided by experienced 66 year old Sandra RYTE-500 in Canada who has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for over 7 years with 3 years of teaching Yoga Teacher Training classes for future instructors
Sandra is also Certified in Chair Yoga and Yin Yoga and has a RYT-200 Certification with the Yoga Alliance in the USA
