Grief to Gratitude. All of us must decipher what that means to us. For none but God can read the mind of a grieving widow/widower, parent, or child. Only God can really know the thoughts that linger in the mind of one who grieves. I see memories that take my very breath away and fill my eyes with tears that never run out after time spent in the far corners of my mind. As I wonder how I ever lived through the pain of grief, I know one thing, there is hope in Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Don't be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God's wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ."
