Farmers Alley Theatre is West Michigan's only year-round Equity Theatre Company. We are a 99-seat black box theatre located in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. We are proud to be an AEA (Actors' Equity Association) SPT (Small Professional Theatre).

The mission of Farmers Alley Theatre is to create a professional product that entertains while inspiring, educating, and communicating with audiences to reflect on the diverse human experience. Our vision is to establish ourselves as the leading small independent theatre organization in the region, to promote arts education and to dedicate our venue as a place for home-grown artists to return to Kalamazoo in order to share their talent with us.
