STORY OF CHF!
In order to assist infants with heart abnormalities born into financially disadvantaged households, the CHILD HEART FOUNDATION (CHF) was formed as a trust under the Trust Act 1882 in Delhi in 2013.
Dr. Vikas Kohli, a pediatric cardiologist, and seven parents who had experienced similar circumstances with their children and wanted to help the less fortunate families, after observing and personally experiencing the challenges faced by underprivileged families with a child born with a heart condition.
The primary goal is to address all elements of congenital heart problems in children, including pediatric echocardiographic screening, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as raising awareness, sharing knowledge, educating physicians, and advocating.
