After working in some of NYC most elite gyms I branched out on my own starting my own personal training company and formed the WERKD Method, an online dumbbell training program to bring proper training to anyone with just a set of dumbbells.
After years of watching people release random, non-progressive, HIIT style workouts on Youtube I thought I could provide something different.... even better. Real progressive programming and training to Youtube that is based around the science of building muscle, strength, and improving your health - not just a random group of exercises thrown at you to make you sweat.
