Fast-rising Dancehall/Reggae star, Alty-B personifies the definition of unique, with his hybrid musical style and evolving image that have made him an effervescent young star within Toronto's music scene. Born Altiman Grason, this promising prospect dreamt of becoming a superstar since his days being raised in the tough, inner city community of Drewsland in St. Andrew, Jamaica. Enduring several hardships while living with his grandmother in Drewsland, Grason sought a potential outlet to go and perfect his craft. The practicing singjay got his wish, leaving for Canada in 2003 and settling in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), currently residing in Scarborough, Ontario.
