Here I will be sharing my 20 years of Hatha yoga Iyengar yoga experience with you all. Though my father is my first yoga teacher, but I met my yoga teacher Shri Karunakar Ji in 1998, that same year I did Vipassana Meditation. These two incidents changed my life. From 2003, I started teaching yoga and I opened yoga centre in 2007 with the name #Aum_Yoga_Studio, Goa (India). I will be sharing my knowledge to make your home yoga practice better with proper alignment and effective variations to avoid yoga injuries. Through these videos, your self-practice will be improved which will help your body and mind to get relaxed yet strong. This channel is not just for yoga asana but also about pranayama and meditation in detail. I will be talking about yoga philosophy and the benefits of yoga too.
