Founded in 1991, it offers a high level of training on fine Italian cooking which, due to its twenty years of experience in the training of food and wine professionals, is able to skilfully combine tradition, experience and modernity, thanks also to a very high level of theoretical and practical training.
The Courses are held in the Piedmont Region, in the centre of the Langhe and Monferrato area, lands of ancient flavors and wines, in the picturesque setting of the Medieval Castle of Costigliole d'Asti.
The Institute offers Cooking and Oenology Courses on the Italian Regions, of different duration and aimed at italian and foreign professional Cooks.
