Here are the funny mistakes I noticed during the interview
1. Not giving a handshake before the interview starts (that's unprofessional)
2. You keep touching or playing with your ear and head (like what the hell)
3. So many unnecessary hands movement like scratching your legs, your head, your neck, tapping the chair! oh my! name it all! LOL
4. Not giving eye contact or focus to the interviewers
5. Answering that you don't ever get conflict with a co worker or anyone is wrong
6. Your weakness is "chocolate" LOL that makes your tummy big (I'm dead with this answer) LOL
7. Answering your phone call
8. Poor body posture/sitting position
9. Bad negotiation with the salary by demanding more than what is the given range salary for the position
10. Not knowing well about the background of the company you're applying
11. eyes and head are rolling everywhere when answering
12. Give examples of your leadership and organizational skills from your work experiences, not from your Christmas party event
13. "Did I say I am ambitious?" Oh yeah I am ambitious...hahahaha seems you don't know what did you write in your resume Bruh! LOL
14. Customer service is not only saying "hello" to the customer. Your answer is shallow
15. Informing the interviewer about your vacation in a month is sure to make you get hired LOL
16. Not giving handshake after the interview and not saying THANK YOU. (wow! what a rude applicant) I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE YOU. LOL

I would hire this guy. He is blunt, honest and easy to go. I like his attitude and upfront behaviour: some time i feel like people fake it up things and in reality they are not the one when they were interviewed.

This is really a great interview. We can learn from the good examples and from the bad. At certain point we all passed by interviews and at the end we understood that at certain point said or we did something that we could make it better, we knew that it was a mistake and not the message that we were planning to pass. So, thanks from bring this training to us, one after other... from the moment our candidate enter the room, presentation, priority to personal qualities rather than professional, position in front of interviewers, not switching off the phone, lack of inormation about the company, salary approach, vacations before start... etc... etc...
